Zodeen / Terms
Terms of service
The agreement between your organization and Zodeen.
The agreement
These terms are between One Caye (“we”) and the organization that uses Zodeen (“you”). By creating a workspace or using one, you agree to them on your organization’s behalf.
Your data stays yours
Everything your team puts in Zodeen belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Zodeen to you, as the privacy policy and the data processing terms describe.
You can export a whole workspace at any time, and you can ask us to delete it.
Isabella and AI
Isabella proposes changes; a person approves them, unless your workspace’s settings let her do a kind of change on her own. Every number she reports comes from Zodeen’s own calculations, and Claude’s prose is checked against those numbers before it is shown.
Forecasts are estimates from simulation, not promises. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Using Zodeen properly
Keep your sign-in to yourself, give access only to people who should have it, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Do not use Zodeen to break the law, to store data you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to copy it to build a competing product.
Fees
Paid plans, when you choose one, are billed as shown when you subscribe. Until then Zodeen is provided free, as it is, and we may change or end free access with 30 days’ notice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Zodeen running and back it up every night, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you before removing one your workspace relies on.
Ending
You can stop at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can. After an account ends, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
Liability
Zodeen is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions: privacy@zodeen.com. Last updated 29 October 2026.
