Zodeen / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What Zodeen is, how Isabella works, and how to get started.

What is Zodeen?

Zodeen is project management inside One Caye. Every project is one shared plan the whole team updates, in their own language. Live systems report into it, and Isabella, the AI project manager, writes the stand-up and the weekly report and proposes changes that wait for your yes.

How is it different from other project tools?

It runs on the same database as the rest of One Caye, so capacity includes time off, to-dos, goals, programs and every other project, at each person’s real pace. Reports cite their evidence, forecasts come from simulation, and builds, tests and AI agents report progress by themselves.

Does the AI change my plan on its own?

Only where you allow. Choose Suggest only, Act on low-risk changes, or Act and tell me, with a switch for each kind of action. Everything else waits for the approver’s yes, and every decision is logged.

Which AI does Zodeen use?

Zodeen computes every number itself. Claude Sonnet 5.5 writes the prose: the stand-up, the report, translations and answers. Without it, every screen still works with Zodeen’s own text.

Which languages does it support?

Fifteen: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Turkish. Updates are translated for each reader, with the original one click away.

What can it connect to?

Repositories and pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions), test suites (Playwright), databases (Postgres), trackers (Jira), chat (Slack) and Claude agents, each tied to the tasks it proves.

What kinds of projects is it for?

Anything with a go-live. There are 100 templates in 11 areas, from app launches, cloud moves and AI agent rollouts to clinic openings, well pads, plant turnarounds, audits, rebrands, conferences and M&A integrations. Answer three questions at zodeen.com/start and Zodeen suggests the closest, or start from a blank plan.

How do I get started?

Click Get started. Zodeen asks what you will use it for, your role and team size, and how you want to start, then suggests templates for your work. Pick one, add your dates and team, and Zodeen fits the plan to both. You can also look around the live demo first.

Is Brightway a real company?

No. Brightway is a fictional company used to show Zodeen with realistic data.
