Zodeen dashboards and charts

Every dashboard and chart in Zodeen, each headline stating its finding.

Every chart says what it shows

  • Overview, Dashboard: Six key numbers, Isabella’s read and her top suggestion, on one screen. Status, work on schedule, the go-live forecast, open risks, tests passing and team load, with Isabella’s summary of why and the one fix she proposes.
  • Overview, Exhibit index: Every chart’s finding in one list, one click from full size. The phases of the project and each exhibit’s headline, so you can read the whole story before opening a single chart.
  • Forecast, Histogram: 0% chance of going live on Dec 4; half by Dec 14, 85% by Dec 15. Go-live dates from 1,000 simulated finishes of today’s plan. P50 and P85 are the dates half and 85% of the runs beat.
  • Progress, Burn-up: Today’s pace lands go-live on Dec 11, 5 working days late. Work done against the plan, week by week, with today’s pace carried forward to a finish date.
  • Progress, Gantt: Cloud backend and API sets the go-live date; navy is the critical path. Every task on the calendar, with the critical path in navy, so you can see which task decides the date.
  • Progress, Workstreams: Cloud backend, Testing, Security and Communication drive the risk; 6 other workstreams are on track or done. Each workstream’s progress against plan, its owner and the evidence behind its status.
  • Progress, Timeline: The plan with its critical path, baseline, slip markers and go-live. The live plan as a timeline. Late work shows its slip in days against the baseline.
  • Progress, Live work: Builds, tests and databases report progress, not just people. The connected systems and their metrics, feeding the plan as the work happens.
  • Capacity, Heatmap: Bob, Sam, Yuki and Arjun are over capacity in the next four weeks, across every project. Hours booked against capacity, by person and week, across every project, with time off removed.
  • Capacity, Stacked bar: Bob is booked at 208% this week: 83 hours for 40 available. Every person’s week by source (projects, on-call, goals, programs, to-dos) against what they can give.
  • Risk, Risk matrix: “Cloud test environment is unstable before code freeze” is the biggest risk, raised by 8 people. Open risks, issues and dependencies by probability and impact. Bigger dots mean more people flagged it.
  • Steering pack, Scorecard: The scorecard across schedule, progress, quality, people, risks and effort. Exhibit 1 of the steering committee pack, compared with the last meeting.
  • Steering pack, Waterfall: Cloud backend and API adds 10 days; slack absorbs 5, so go-live moves 5. The go-live bridge: what moved the date against the target, in working days.
  • Steering pack, Heatmap: Every workstream, week by week. Each workstream’s status for every week of the project, so the committee sees where trouble started.
  • Steering pack, Milestones: Milestones, baseline against forecast. Each milestone’s baseline date next to today’s forecast.
  • Steering pack, Earned value: Earned value: planned work against work done. The classic earned-value view, built from the live plan.
  • Steering pack, Trend: Work on schedule since week 1. The share of work on schedule each week, so the committee sees the direction, not just today.
